iBP Marketing offers hands-free Google Business Profile management services, including but not limited to:

• Profile creation and setup

• Optimization of existing profiles

• Review management

• Posting updates, photos, and business information

• Monthly performance reporting

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate business information and grant timely access to your Google Business Profile or associated accounts.

• Respond promptly to our team’s requests for additional details or approvals as needed.

 

Payment Terms

Membership Fees:

• Our standard service starts at $49/month when you sign up for a one-year membership. Other pricing tiers or promotional offers may apply.

Billing and Payment:

• Payments are processed monthly via the payment method provided at signup.

• Payments are non-refundable.

Late Payments:

• If payment is declined or delayed, services may be paused until the issue is resolved.

 

Service Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications to Services:

• iBP Marketing reserves the right to modify or enhance its services to improve performance, comply with legal requirements, or align with Google’s platform updates.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting hello@ibpmktg.com or on your account dashboard.

• Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability:

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, iBP Marketing is not responsible for outages caused by Google platform changes, third-party issues, or events outside of our control.

No Guarantee of Specific Results:

We cannot guarantee placement in Google’s Local 3-Pack or a specific increase in calls, visits, or revenue. However, our services are designed to significantly improve your local visibility and profile performance.

Limitation of Liability:

iBP Marketing’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services within the last 12 months.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and tools provided by iBP Marketing are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our services without written consent.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Updates to Terms

iBP Marketing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
